When finally acting module is over, I decided to go slack and relax for a day. At least before the next block starts and I'm killed by character design and advanced 2D.
I woke up at 8 and packed my bag and everything for Sentosa! For those who can't turn up, it's entirely ok because all of you had your own stuff to do that day. *beams*. Just hope that we can seriously have an outing next time.
Finally, we're left with these people: Me, Zuozhi, Peiru, Lina and Terrence (joined later).
It was whoppilidy fun! I never did so much things at Sentosa before. Lalala.
Peiru, Zuozhi and I met early and bought cakes for Lina cos her birthday was 2 days ago. Ok we bought three cakes from BreadTalk and we told the person to pack everything into a big box, so Lina can just open the box and "WOW THREE CAKES" instead of opening one by and then "ok a cake, I suppose the other two are cakes too" kind of reaction.
I suppose she's (the bread talk woman) a bit dumb or something to not be able to squeeze three cakes into one box. She gave us a medium box and another small one. In the end we had to arrange everything ourselves.
Since we have an extra box, we decided to give Lina a LITTLE surprise. lol.
We put two pieces of nuggets inside and then pierced two bamboo skewers through. Haha. Zuozhi and Peiru thought of that cos they were eating Old Chang Kee then. Then we quickly packed everything. While making Lina wait at the station for us.
Zuozhi hid the medium box under his jacket and I presented the smaller box (with the nuggets inside) to Lina. And we sang her the Birthday Song at the station. Not too malu cos there wasn't too many people at the station then.
Here's the rough conversation:
JJ: we decided to give you this surprise, are you touched, we had to get the box from bread talk.
Lina: It's ok, it's the thought that counts.
JJ: *turns to Peiru and Zuozhi* Ok we can have the other box then.
And hence we revealed the three cakes:
After a while we presented Lina with the cake, we walked around Vivo City cos it was raining then and we can't go Sentosa in that weather. Then we did the rain dance for Lina. HAHA. K inside joke.
Then we settled down and had the cakes at harbourfront. My god, I wonder how all these shopping malls survive. There were so little people!

I think if I own a shop there, I will have to swat flies everyday, then put up tonnes of posters saying "50% off all items on weekdays". Or I can do pole dancing in from of my stall and make people buy my stuff. HAHAHAHAH. Random.

And we had the cakes on this flight of steps. Someone had to sacrifice and give up being in the group photo and being the most angelic and holy person among them, I took the picture.
Then we did this stupid face with the spoons cos Lina had some one doing this as her MSN display. It's meant to be chinese "xi nu ai le" but it didn't turn out like THAT. So, ya.

We took the train thing from Vivo City and like, I was trapped at the gate there cos:
1) the gate is stupid 2) the card is stupid 3) those assistants are stupid 4) Sentosa has stupid management
All are stupid except for me~ (^.^)v
Lina wanted to call me noob, BUT, that was the only time she suceeded in getting through the gate. The rest of the time at sentosa, she has trouble getting through. AHAHHAHAHAHAH. NOOB.
There's this group of Thai on the train and Lina spotted them immediately, must be the blood scent or something.

We stopped at the beach station, my initial idea was to go sit at the beach ALL DAY and slack. But we had far more fun than that in the end. Totally unplanned fun day. First in my life.

We kept taking the tram here and there even though the stops were so near to each other, and I almost fell off the stupid tram! Some stupid tram driver still kept repeating dolphin lagoon, EVEN WHEN ITS LIKE THREE STOPS AWAY FROM THE DOLPHINS ALREADY.

Upon the arrival of JJ the great, the tribal people bowed and worshiped him cos he found a new source of food for them---leaves.
And JJ the great showed them the large field of greens as compared to sand on Sentosa island.
K enough The End of the tribal people. Let's move on with reality.
We went to the tower thingy on this small piece of land at palawan beach, cos there's nothing to play on the beach, Lina wore shoes so we can't pang seh her and go wet our feet in sea water.

It's been like so long since I last cam whored. I look horrible in specs. I need my contacts soon. AH. Maybe pink contacts next? hmm...I'm deprived of looking good cos I'm broke. Being broke means---no contacts, no hair wax, no new clothes, no new shoes, no face masks, no make up. You get the idea~.
So Zuozhi and I accompanied Janice the other day to look for job. BUT. I realise I can't work. I'm stuck in a situation where I'm broke and I can't do anything about but whine on my blog.

We had a little break at the Tower, played a game of UNO. I LOST, TERRIBLY, I WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN ONE, HOW COME. I LOST. I shall now officially proclaim UNO as the world's most stupid game. ROARS.

There's this part of Sentosa that has statues like those from fairytales I guess. and we took some funny pictures there, Sentosa is damn quiet too.

Ok random.
There's this new thing in Sentosa, I think it's call the sky ride or something. Each ride will cost you $5. It takes you from the merlion there, all the way to the beach. Yup Yup. Real fun. Maybe it's only fun the first time or something. It's just a seat, and it operates like a cable car. I was so damn scared to take the ride at first cos I have acrophobia, but then it didn't turn out that bad, kinda fun. Would consider this the highlight of our outing.

The ride was really fun, I could even kick the trees! A nice experience. HAHA.
Terrence joined us after that and we went to the beach. We labelled him the kampong kid cos he's REALLY GOOD at digging for crabs, lalas, hermit crabs and 'chut chut'.

I got a feather! Not those really colourful and pretty one though. It's from a peahen, those grey grey feather. Terrence picked it and I demanded it from him, =).
Animal Encounter was kinda fun because the host himself is funny, and the animals were cool too. They have eagles, parrots, monkey, husky, snake, monitor lizards.

And so the snake strangled Lina and she died in Sentosa, we had a little funeral for her before heading back to Singapore. I'm kidding.
