I am so taken back by how some variety shows cross the boundary of simple humour just to attract more people to the show.
I just read the papers. "kang xi lai le" although I don't even watch that, but apparently they were discussing how ridiculous SINGAPOREAN'S English sounds.
I was like...ahar ahar...oooook. And so that means Taiwanese have a flair for wondrous English flowing through their programmes.
But then again...of ALL the variety shows I saw from Taiwan, none of the host could actually deliver simple English phrases properly.
So...Singaporean-poor english.
Or...Taiwanese-over rated themselves.
