♥ service attitude in singapore ♥

ive noticed some great differences in the service attitude of some erms..companies? in singapore..k lets not make this just a fully complain entry because i dont wanna sound like a "oh im so good od should take me to heaven" guy.
lets start from the day i bought my ibook..yays..ya i got an ibook..my new blogging partner..have a look

k i got this at harvey norman at the funan digitalife...erms...during my one week holiday..yups..yays..
so i got there pretty late..and they were getting ready to close...yups..and i went in and
" i wan the ibook g4 12 inch de"
and someone served me straight..and..he claimed theres stock there..at funan digitalife..but after checking..he realise theres actually no more stock!
but nvm i want pissed by that..cos he called a cab and took me..and my mom for that matter...and went to suntec..harvey norman..and i got marshmallow..yays..great service..
and he set up and did everything there for me...great guy..great service
ONE YAY FOR HARVEY NORMAN
k nx..so i got this mac..but i cant connect to the internet..so i called apple..and they asked me to call singnet..and so i did
then...that singnet person..told me i have to change my modem totally..so i went down to orchard hello ALONE..and changed..
i only realise after reaaching there that i need my father's approval or some sort..and so i made a wasted trip..but they said its ok as long as they can get to my parent over the phone..so yays
ONE YAY FOR SINGNET
then i got home..and waited one week for the modem...and i realise I CANNOT GO INTERNET STILL..so i start calling singnet up and flood their call thingy..i like..waited for half an hour and still no operator answered...arghness
when i got through..they ask me to call the modem manufacturer..and i did that the nx day...they say its not their fault because theres seriouly nothing wrng with the modem
so i called back singnet and checked again...then one guy guided me through the whole set up..goody
ANOTHER YAY FOR SINGNET
then today..my mom was so excited cos she got herself a new fridge from courts..the time they say its supposed to come is like..3 to 6..and its now 7.50 and i still see no sign of the new fridge...my mom is already going mad..cos she got all her food stuff outta the old fridge and gave that oldy to my dad's friend
and so the kitchen is in a mess now..terrible...theres..prawn, fish, meat, abalone and blas..
and thee fridge isnt here yet..what stupid freaking service
my mom got so mad..she called the a zillion times since 3..and nobody bothered to check why theres the delay...so..ya like that loe
so just now..she tried one last time and really shouted at the operated..ORBI GOOD AR..
seriously..i dont give a damn how low costing ur advers are..how much discount you can offer..but the service? bleaghs
